Policy

Returns are available for an error in the production only. This includes an error in the shape of the film, or errors in the manufacturing of the raw film, such as voids or streaks in the film. Replacement or refund is at our discretion. Due to the one-time use nature of our kits, returns or refunds will only be permitted if the liner has not been removed from the film. Incorrect fit should be found during the “wet check” step with the liner still on the film.

How To Return

In the event of an incorrectly fitting kit, contact our customer support through the website contact page. Customer service will then ask you for photos and a description of the incorrectly fitting kit.

Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment is sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping the merchandise. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped to be eligible for consideration.
