Limited Warranty Coverage:

Targe industries, the producer of Windshield Gard (“The Product”), warrants to the original purchaser of the Product, that when the Product is maintained according to the Product Care Requirements on the reverse side of this Warranty, it will be free of discernible manufacturing defects, including but not limited to substantial yellowing, cracking, bubbling or peeling, for a period of 18months or 18,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date of purchase of  the Product (the “Limited Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty only applies to the Original Purchaser of the Product and the original application of the Product to the vehicle described in this Limited Warranty and is not transferable or assignable, by operation of law or otherwise. There are no warranties other than this Limited Warranty and all other warranties, express or implied including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose of or merchantability, are specifically disclaimed.

In the event the Product is determined by Targe Industries to be defective, Targe Industries will replace the defective film by delivering replacement film to any Targe Industries’ certified installer of the product, as designated by the claimant. This shall be Targe Industries’ only obligation under this Limited Warranty, Targe Industries is not responsible for the cost of re-installation of the Product. In no event shall Targe Industries be liable or responsible for any loss or damage, including, without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential damages. This Limited Warranty shall be void if the Product has been subject to abuse, improper installation and/or care. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary by country,
region, state, department, prefecture, province, county or city.

Exclusions and Limitations:

Exclusions: This Warranty only covers discernible manufacturing defects in the
Product as defined above and does not cover damage that is caused by or
results from (a) deterioration of the Product due to normal wear (windshield
wiper scratching is considered normal wear), accident, collision, negligence,
misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling alteration, maladjustment, modification,
customization or vandalism, (b) sandstorms, hail, tornadoes, hurricanes, (c) any
use of the vehicle on dirt roads, mining roads, gravel roads (off-road), (d)
chemicals and caustic materials, (e) falling objects, (f) fraudulent claims, (g)
products not supplied by us, ih) installation by anyone other than a Targe
Industries approved Windshield Gard installer, (i) misapplication or faulty
installation, or (j) cosmetic damage.

Limitations: No agent, representative, installer, dealer or employee has the authority to alter, extend, limit, modify or increase the obligations or limitations of the Limited Warranty. The installer of the Product is NOT an employee or agent of Targe Industries. The installer is sole responsible for any defects that result from improper installation or from any modifications or repairs made to your vehicle in connection with the installation of the Product.

Warranty Claim Procedures:

To initiate a claim under this Limited Warranty, the original purchaser must provide written notice of the warranty claim, within the Limited Warranty Period, to the installing Windshield Gard dealer. If the dealer is unavailable, the warranty claim may be sent, in writing, to:

The warranty claim must include a copy of the original purchase receipt and a photograph of the defective Product. An inspection of the vehicle or supplemental information may be required as part of the warranty verification process. Targe Industries will review the warranty claim within 45 days of receiving all required documentation and respond to the claimant in writing.
